Dennis came through with an estimate on a new Trane system that was a couple thousand dollars less than the next best proposal. His estimate was for the same or slightly upgraded equipment. Installation started within a few days and was completed on schedule. The only snag was that the new thermostat wasn't immediately available, but it arrived n about a month and Dennis was there that day to complete the installation. All work was accomplished in a professional manner and cleaned up completely when finished. My AC system is no longer an eyesore in my garage. Everything works as advertised. Dennis Clark is now my AC guy, and my wife and I are very happy. Highest possible recommendation! 3/11/26 Regretfully I have to update my review for Clark Air and Heat. Our A/C went out a few days ago. I placed three calls to Clark, spoke only to an answering service with a promise that we would be contacted soon. I never heard from anyone at Clark. After waiting two days I called another A/C service and within three hours my system was up and running. I understand that people get busy, but after spending thousands of dollars and even recommending Clark to neighbors I think the least I could expect is a brief acknowledgment and some indication of when we could anticipate a service call.

Superb service, from the initial phone call to the final checkout of the repaired unit. Thomas was quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable of his craft, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I greatly appreciate Clark getting me back up and running so quickly.

He performed a full check of the unit, and all checks were good. I asked about a yearly maintenance contract for the system and signed up the same day. I will definitely ask for Thomas S. again.
