Dennis and his team are always there to help and keep my mini-split running in top shape

My AC unit wasn’t putting out enough cool air and the humidity inside my home was very high I called Clark Air and Heat left a message and with in 6 minutes Dennis called me he talked me through a few steps to get the unit working better although I never met Dennis I feel like I have known him for a while he was very nice to deal with within 15 minutes I was able to get the unit running better then it was prior to his call what a gentleman I will text him back in the morning to see if he actually needs to come to my house all I can say is thank you Dennis and Clark Air And Heat these are my new go to AC repair guys. I highly recommend them based on the quick call back and the information and help he provided . KCK

Had Chase come out to fix my broken AC. He replaced the Capacitor. Same day service, on-time actually early for the appointment. Had me up and running very quickly with no extra haggling. Would reccomend Clark Air and Heat. Office person ( sorry don’t remember name) was also great getting me scheduled very quickly.

Clark Air and Heat installed and provided biannual maintenance on a new A/C system in my former home, and provides biannual maintenance on the A/C system in my retail store. When I arrived at the shop this morning I discovered the A/C had quit working overnight. I called Clark Air immediately (knowing they were probably already REALLY busy during this crazy heat wave we've been having), but they managed to squeeze me in the same day. The technician was prompt, friendly, knowledgable, and (most importantly) identified and fixed the problem quickly and at a very reasonable price. I have used several different A/C companies in Brevard County over the last 40 years, but once I found Clark Air, I never looked anywhere else. Their great service, friendly staff, and reasonable prices are the icing on the cake. The "cake" is that I have complete confidence that the diagnosis/recommendation I get from Clark Air is one I can trust. They do not try to sell (or upsell) things their customers don't need. You'll be in good hands with Clark Air and Heat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We've used Clark for annual maintenance services since we purchased our house. This additional service was handled just well as other experiences. Nick specifically worked with me readily, was professional and courteous. The office staff and Elizabeth are always helpful and pleasant. I've had the need for a plumber, who happened to both HVACR and Plumbing but I'm sticking with Clark A&H. Thank you for leading in the service industry despite our current world view of 'only do what is required'. Highly recommend.

Service was great and exceeded my expectations! As of my first call, the receptionist Janet was very polite and welcoming, and assisted me with scheduling. Great staff and service.

AC went out today in the heat and with new flooring being installed. Called Clark Air but figured it would be at least a day or 2 before they could help me. Nice lady ,I think her name is Janice said she would try to work me in today and she did. Courteous technician named Jayden showed up, explained things to me and got the unit running. I would definitely recommend Clark Air and ended up getting their service plan.

I called to get a second opinion from a service call I had the day before that indicated I needed a new compressor. Turned out the other company wasn’t correct. I had Clark perform preventative maintenance even though the other company had done it the day before. There was a number is things that the other company missed or just said they did. I feel you can trust Clark to be honest and capable. I’ve lived in my house since 2002 and had a number of AC contractors. Dennis Clark represents the best in my opinion. Update: Dennis Clark has become my sole provider for Heating and Cooling service with regularly scheduled maintenance. Service is always awesome above all honest & straight forward. Yesterday day my AC began acting up an I called at 5 PM on Friday. Dennis was at my house as promised at 11 AM on Saturday!

Clark Air and Heat installed my new system and do the preventative maintenance on it as well. They are always punctual and work to understand what I’m looking for and offer advice. They are my go to for HVAC needs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Their service is also is stellar and they are available when you need them most. The service technicians that do the maintenance on the units are all knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
